CHALLENGE
Fractured society due to lack of communication & connection between generations. Untapped, wasted, social- emotional & intellectual property loss held specifically by aging population -that might instead be exploited for to support societal cohesion well being, cohesion.

SOLUTION
Multi-Generational Think Tank Platform [Boomer/Millennial], encouraging both online & offline member engagement, designed to conduct surveys, publish content & shape organization progress & discovery via: 1] 3rd Space salon series fostering discussion around issues that matter outside of the home or work realm, modeled after ‘Lean In’ 2] design thinking community workshop series to enhance member connection & productivity through local project implementation, along with cultivation of a local support network: Universities, business owners & influencers 3] Online publishing/survey feedback platform: website & social media initiatives. Initial implementation through volunteer network with aspirations toward developing a regional, then, nationally organized non profit or L3C affiliate business model.
