Consumer confusion & ignorance in the pain care marketplace, means that most visit their primary first, who is typically unequipped to diagnose pain origin.  Next is a merry-go-round of specialist appointments, who prescribe costly tests/scans, meds/injections &/or surgery of which, it’s estimated, 60% of the time are unnecessary. The chronic pain audience is unaware of alternative, non-invasive pain relief & elimination practices that they can implement themselves to achieve relief that are not addictive, drastic, costly or time consuming. In our Western medical culture, these best practices championed by a progressive segment of physical therapy providers are obscured.
